Chef Venroyse Clarke has been
certified by the Culinary Institute of America and the HEART Trust NTA.
He has amassed over 12years of experience in the culinary industry having held
positions at the Indies, Hilton and Spanish Court Hotels in Kingston, Jamaica
and the Anchorage by the sea Resort and Nancy's Catering in Maine, USA.
Although having started cooking at the early age of 10years old, Chef Clarke
admits that he started taking cooking seriously after observing his mentor and
big brother Chef Karl Thomas. His mentor’s ability to “do wonders with
foods” remains a motivation for Chef Clarke who remains driven to follow the
tremendous success of Chef Thomas.
For Chef Clarke, cooking is fun and a lifetime goal that he remains passionate
about. He derives great pleasure from knowing that food can be creatively
prepared to please the pallets of a wide variety of persons across the globe.
