Jamaica's Culinary Team is 'Ready For The Road'!
In their bid to raise much needed funds for our Jamaican Culinary Team to participate in Taste of The Caribbean 2014, The Culinary Federation of Jamaica hosted Chefs on Show in the gardens of the Jamaica Pegasus on April 9th, 2014.
The evening was one of gastronomical delights featuring some of Jamaica's Top Chefs and brands and was a resounding success. Peking Turkey, Octopus Kebabs, Cassava Doughnuts in Assorted Flavours - Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Butterscotch Pecan & Caramel Almond, Wine & Cheese Bun in the spirit of the upcoming Easter Holidays, Star Fruit & Sorrel Flavoured Honey Wines were among the unusual treats provided. Our Culinary Team enjoyed a 13 medal haul last year at Taste of The Caribbean including the coveted Chef Of The Caribbean Title and are determined to better this at Taste of The Caribbean 2014.
