Pop-Up Gourmet Jamaica teamed up with Executive Chef Daniel Schweizer, his incredible GCG Events Team, CPJ & Tai Flora LUXE to present a unique, one of a kind, up close & personal dinner experience in the flight kitchen at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay on Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
The Evening began with Cocktails in our Tai Flora LUXE transformed 'Departure Lounge' (the loading bay), where guests enjoyed Coconut Curry Poached Snapper with Lime and Mango Chutney, Fried Plantain with Pulled Pork & Pepper Jelly, Jerk Chicken with Sorrel Chutney, Smoked Marlin Bruchettas and a glass or two of Sangria!
Our 'In-Flight' Dinner Service in the kitchen was next!. Here guests were treated to delicious fare from our five stations (two of which were live cooking stations) while being plied with their choice of Doubledecker Pinot Grigio or Red Blend from CPJ.
