- Green Plantain
- Vegetable Oil
- Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat
- Cut plantain(s) diagonally into chunks. Squash (flat) using a fork. Sprinkle with salt to taste & fry until golden brown
- Remove from heat, drain on paper towel & serve immediately!,
