Ingredients

  • Green Plantain
  • Salt
  • Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat
  • Cut plantain(s) diagonally into chunks. Squash (flat) using a fork. Sprinkle with salt to taste & fry until golden brown
  • Remove from heat, drain on paper towel & serve immediately!,
