Ingredients
- 2 kg conch, cleaned and batted
- 1 head garlic minced
- 1 egg white
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp rums
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp malt vinegar
Honey Rum Sauce
- 1 cup Honey
- ½ cup sour orange juice
- 1 tbsp Hot peppr sauce
- 1 stalk scallion chopped
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Rum
Directions
- Place conch with remaining ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Marinate overnight.
- Heat gas grill to 350F
- Remove conch from marinade place on the Hot grill, cook 5 min per side. Serve with Honey Rum Sauce.
Honey Rum Sauce
- Combine Sauce ingredients in a pot, simmer for 10 minutes
