PREP TIME: 1 Hour
DIFFICULTY: Easy
YIELD: 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Quarters
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1tsp Black pepper
- 6 tbsp. Jerk Seasoning
Guava Glaze
- 1 cup Guava jelly
- 2Tbsp cold butter
- ½ cup orange juice
Directions
- Season chicken quarters with salt, black pepper and Eaton’s Jerk seasoning marinate for 2 hours.
- Pre-heat Gas grill to 370 degrees F. Arrange chicken pieces on grill, cook 15 minutes per side.
- Using a pastry brush, glaze each chicken pieces, every 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
