Ingredients
- 1 lb tamarind ,shelled
- 1 /2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp rum
Directions
- Place the Tamarind in a bowl with 1/2 cup granulated sugar , brown sugar,cayenne,and rum, mix together for a dough.
- Divide tamarind dough into 30 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
- Roll each ball into the reserve granulated sugar. Store Tamarind balls in a clean glass jar.
