June Plum Glazed Duck

Here’s how you can make it yourself in the comfort of your own home.

PREP TIME: 1 Hour

DIFFICULTY: Medium

YIELD: 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 Duck breast
  • 1/2 cup June plum juice
  • 1 oz. chopped onion
  • 1 oz. chopped garlic
  • 1 oz scallion
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tsps. mixed cornstarch
  • Salt &  Pepper to taste

Stewed Pumpkin

  • 1/2lb pumpkin
  • 1oz Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 3 fl. oz. heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sautéed Beets

  • 1/2lb pumpkin
  • 1oz Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 3 fl. oz. heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cucumber Gelee

  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 fl. oz. water
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • Chopped mint
  • 3 oz. gelatin
