Certified Culinarian Omar Williamson and his love affair for food
started from his early adolescent years. 

What is food to him?  ‘To me, food is not just something we need to
survive, food gives us a reference point as meals add structure and framework to each of our days. Food also connects us with emotions and memories. It isn’t just edible morsels that we as humans consume, but it’s the sowing of the seeds, the cultivation and the harvesting of crops, the farming and care of animals right down to the blending of herbs and spices to give a gastronomical presentation to others. It’s a way of sharing something enjoyable.’

This is his passion and herein lies his journey.
