Head chef Alessandro Fielding leads the Goddard Catering Group in Kingston. He moved to Kingston in September 2015 to take on the mighty task.

He appreciates International foods but has deep underlining love for Caribbean cuisine. Chef Fielding studied Culinary Chef Management and Hospitality Management at the Western Hospitality Institute and later returned as a Chef Instructor, combining teaching with work experience gained locally and internationally.  He also completed my apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton Resort Jamaica (AAA) and Pine Hurts Resort & Country Club (AAA), USA.

Alessandro strongly believes in sourcing and utilizing local ingredients to develop menus that are fresh and unique. He volunteers his time to impart his knowledge to the upcoming generation of Chefs & would also like to start a non-profit organization to end child hunger in Jamaica.
