Head Chef Nigel Thompson began his culinary career at the Buff Bay Vocational Training Center and successfully completed his studies to become a Professional Chef at the Runaway Bay HEART Academy in 2000.
Chef Thompson, Head Chef at the exclusive GeeJam Hotel & Studio in Port Antonio has featured on several television shows and magazines both locally and internationally and has been Personal Chef for many local and visiting international celebrities such as Tom Cruise, Amy Winehouse, Scarlet Johnson, Drake, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Baby Face, John Legend, Snoop Dog, England Heavy Weight Champion David Ades, Tools, Prince of Saudia Arabia, the Governor-General of Trinidad & Tobago, Kati Homes and many more.
