Chef Extraordinaire, Shea Stewart is the young man behind the catering company Elite Kreations and the growing Bachelor Chef V-Logs on youtube as well as the quarterly event Bachelor Chef Food Is Love Series of Cookouts.
Shea realised his desire to cook in 2005 and enrolled at the HEART Trust NTA’s Culinary Institute of America in Runaway Bay. On completion of training, he honed his skills at several North Coast Hotels, the prestigious Mac’s Chophouse, Mac’s Gourmet Market, and Cafe Aubergine. With a growing demand for his services, he embarked on his own culinary adventure with Elite Kreations. Since then he has expanded his portfolio with catering to major events; weddings, parties, conferences, and small events; corporate events & dinner parties.
Shea Stewart was seen as a ‘Chef on the Rise’ in 2012, gaining such accolades as Observer Food Awards nominee, CB Chicken Ambassador Chef and he also frequently contributes his recipes to The Observer ‘LIFE’.
Shea Stewart’s Elite Kreations is truly ‘a cut above the rest,’ as he lives by the motto of his alma mater “Whatever you do, Do it Well” – Age Quod Agis.
