Jamaican awarding-winning Sous Chef Rochelle Grindley is one of the few successful female chefs in a male-dominated field. She is enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about ‘food’.

After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, majoring in Culinary Arts Management, Sous Chef Grindley was granted an Observer Food Awards Scholarship in 2008. This afforded her the opportunity to complete a year in Management Training at the Sandals Resorts International Group where she honed and expanded her culinary skills.

Sous Chef Grindley is currently part of the Culinary Management Team at the ever-popular Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records where she is constantly creating new delights for a discerning clientele.

Rochelle has won several distinguished awards and medals both locally and internationally, the latest being the Double Silver in the Cheesecake & Seafood Competitions at the Taste of the Caribbean 2013.
