Red Pak Choy and Mango Chow

Here’s how you can make it yourself in the comfort of your own home.

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

DIFFICULTY: Easy

YIELD: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Red Pak Choy wash with salt & chilled water – drain
  • Chopped Onion sml
  • Chopped Cilantro 3oz
  • Sliver Cloves of garlic soaked in hot water & salt 6 cloves
  • Chopped Scotch Bonnet Pepper to kick up flavour
  • Salt to taste
  • Mango Chow – any firm mangoes will do, peel, remove jaw – cut jaw in cubes
  • 4 tsp. Lime Juice

Directions

  • Toss all ingredients
  • Chill & Serve

Serve and enjoy!
