YIELD: 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 tin of ackee
- 1 onion
- 2 sprigs of spring onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 table spoons of oil
- ¼ of red pepper
- ¼ of green pepper
- 1 ring of scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 tea spoon of black pepper
- 1 tea spoon of salt
Directions
- In a sauce pan add oil, onion, spring onion, red pepper, green pepper, tomato and scotch bonnet pepper and sauté for 2 min.
- Then add ackee and season with salt and black pepper.
- Simmer for 2 min and serve.
