This recipe is great!!! I added ½ cup more brown sugar for my sweet tooth.. Probably if my bananas were on the sweet really ripe side this wouldn't have been necessary. Also reduced the wine by ½ cup since I was using white flour (I was thinking that probably the white flour doesn't require as much liquid as whole wheat). The cake had great flavour and texture! Thank you for sharing!
